Born into a family of entrepreneurs, Carl-Phillipe has always been immersed in engineering, product development and manufacturing, and it was one thing led to another when he caught the bug for these fields, a passion that led him to pursue a career in engineering. His time with two companies driven by a desire to take positive, sustainable action on global issues greatly inspired him to follow the same path with Devocean.

Alexandre Ouellet, Special Projects Lead (robotics, production, subcontracting). With a Bachelor’s in Robotics Engineering, he delivers diverse type of special projects — prototyping, assembly, update releases, subcontractor oversight and product quality.

Emmanuel Rousseau

Lead developer

Emmanuel has been passionate about the many possibilities offered by IT since a very young age. With 20 years’ experience as a software engineer and a keen interest in the environment, ethical practices and, more recently, embedded technologies, he wanted to work for a company whose mission is to serve communities. Devocean appeared to be the ideal way for him to pursue his career within a motivated and diverse team.

Marc Wu

Full-stack developer

Marc Wu, Software Developer — develops and maintains Devocean’s client application, backend infrastructure and integrations, focusing on cross-platform performance and quality. With strong full-stack capabilities and a practical approach to building robust software systems, he ensures smooth coordination between product requirements and technical execution.
